The Hotel

Fancourt's Garden Suites and Studios offer guests the chance to rest in a peaceful garden setting. Depending on your specific requirements, choose from the Garden Studios or the one,two or three-bedroom Garden Suites.
The 500 Series offers Executive Rooms, one-bedroom Garden Suites and Special Needs Rooms.
Transfers to and from George Airport can be arranged and rates are available on request.

Courses
There is no doubt that Fancourt is South Africas premier golf resort, featuring three highly rated Championship golf courses as well as the Western Capes premier 18-hole public course.
Since opening in the early 90's with just 27 Gary Player-designed holes, Fancourts Outeniqua and Montagu golf courses have matured and developed into two of the finest 18-hole parkland layouts in the country. A round on either is a special experience, sculpted and finished as they are with rare attention to detail and designed with the coastal George winds in mind.
The Links at Fancourt was added in 2000, an awe-inspiring example of magnificent design and golf-course construction, about which designer Gary Player says: Links golf is how the game originated and at The Links we take golfers back to the roots of golf and they can play a British Open all of their own!
Lastly, Bramble Hill was added, a course that is distinctly Fancourt, yet has a friendly character all of its own. It is a course that can be tackled by beginner and seasoned campaigner alike, without the intimidation and pressure so often associated with celebrated championship courses.
In addition to four golf courses suited to every type of golfer, Fancourt boasts one of the finest golf academies in the world, with state-of-the-art practice and teaching facilities, backed up by the expertise of PGA professionals, as well as several well-stocked on-course pro shops offering all types of golf merchandise

Children
At Fancourt, every child is a guest in his own right. He or she therefore deserves a very special welcome. Children's activities are planned to accommodate all ages and varying interests.
From supplying cots or games in the room, to any number of activities within the Kids Club such as behind the scenes tours, supervised indoor swimming, nature walks or a treasure hunt, plus a whole range of services, which includes special menus, babysitting, nothing is left to chance. So every member of the family will have fond memories of their stay for years to come. The Hotel has fully trained staff manning the popular Kids Club and also boasts a Teen Lounge with Play-station games, pool table and table tennis for the teenagers.

Sporting facilities at Fancourt provide entertainment for the entire family. Four tennis courts, a gym, steam room and jacuzzi, volleyball, outdoor and indoor swimming pools, billiards, darts and golf warm up and putting areas are just a few of the activities for energetic members and guests to enjoy.
Trails
The Fancourt Leisure Trail
The Fancourt Leisure Trails cater for walkers, runners and cyclists over distances of 2.3, 5 and 10 kilometres. The trails offer breathtaking scenery and keeping the needs of outdoor trainers in mind, a variety of contours provide a challenge for serious enthusiasts or a leisurely approach for amateurs.
For those wanting to explore further afield, mountain bikes and backpacks are available for hire and there are plenty of horse-riding trails in the area.
Bird Watching
